About The Project
The project study boundary includes the proposed 15 km coastal road to connect Tabuk Expressway and Lahiq Island Road. The site is located on the Red Sea towards the north of Umluj City in Tabuk Region. The main problem of the study site is the flow of valleys affecting it from the east, which passes through the existing culverts under the existing road (Tabuk Road) parallel to the road under study. In addition, there are water collection areas next to the proposed road path, which may cause local accumulation of falling water. Appropriate solutions were provided to protect the road and surface drainage plans were also prepared for it.
