The project consists of a ground floor and five typical upper floors designated for medical use (clinics), along with parking facilities. The development includes a total of 39 clinics and one pharmacy, providing a total medical built-up area of 5,043.80 square meters. The total parking area amounts to 18,857.20 square meters.
Five traffic survey points were established: one on road segments using the MetroCount traffic counter, and four at intersections using video-based traffic monitoring.
